Kung Fu is a tradition several thousand years in the making and is an Ideal Exercise, improving overall Health, Balance, Confidence, Agility, Power, and Ability to Defend your Self and Family. Kung Fu offers a great way to compete in a safe friendly and supported way. Many people remember the Series Kung Fu with David Caradine and have appreciated the power, mystic and philosophy of Master Po, and Cain as he made his way through the Wild West. Kung Fu teaches compassion, sensitivity, and an awareness that all that have practiced it have appreciated. Come down and see what it is all about.
